So i made the new layout based on Miley Cyrus - Can't Be Tamed. The votes were really close too! Every time i checked they were even and it was hard to make a decision but i decided that since CBT just released it would make more sense if the layout was based on that. But don't worry the HM 4Ever style will still be used once the fourth season begins to air on disney channel :)
